Agreement allowing The Find Furniture Consignment to market your furniture, home decor, lamps, rugs, wall decor, mirrors, artwork, and other items on our social media sites, online store, and showroom in Naples Florida.

The Find Consignment Consignor Agreement

REQUIREMENTS:

All merchandise must be clean, not torn, not stained, not broken, or outdated. Without notice, any items not meeting these requirements may be cleaned or repaired by The Find at the seller’s (consignor’s) expense or donated. The Find, (Consignee) reserves the right to refuse any merchandise for any reason.

TERMS:

Consigned items are for a period not exceed ninety (90) calendar days from the date the consigned items arrive in store. Items will remain in stock for ninety (90) days; items can either be donated or picked up by the consignor. In addition to the discount schedule below, management has the right to reduce prices on items. Items may be displayed at any of our locations at consignee's discretion.

If Consignor fails to pick up merchandise by the 95 th day, the merchandise becomes the sole property of The Find.



COMMISSION:

Consigned merchandise is accepted on a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) to Consignee (The Find), FIFTY PERCENT (50%) to consignor basis. Checks are available once each month for previous month’s sales. Checks will be released in the consignors name to Consignor or their designee or can be mailed if arranged.

CONSIGNOR’S RESPONSIBILITY:

Make note of expiration date of your items. You may call the store to see if items have been sold. WE DO NOT CALL YOU WHEN YOUR ITEMS SELL. WE DO NOT REMIND YOU OF EXPIRATION DATES.

I, the undersigned, know and agree that The Find is NOT and CANNOT be responsible for loss resulting from Burglary, Theft, Shoplifting, Damage by a Shopper, Vandalism, Fire, Water Damage, or an act of God. The risk of loss or damage shall remain totally and completely with me the Consignor.

I have read the above statement and agree to accept the condition stated therein as applicable to all articles I leave on consignment for sale by The Find.
