STEP 1 - Before we get started we need to be sure that your merchandise is marketable.

Send us a picture:From a picture, we are able to get a sense of the style and condition. You can e-mail your pictures to US. Or you can call for an appointment to bring items to our store for an on-site evaluation.

Condition: Evaluating your furniture on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, we look for pieces that are in between a 7 and a 10.

Style: We welcome quality items that appeal to today’s buyer. Furniture styles that remain popular in the marketplace sell the fastest and for the most money.

Living Environment: We only accept items from smoke free homes and if your furniture is upholstered, the home must also be free from pets.

STEP 2 - Our pricing formula consists of condition, style, original sale price and in some cases, what the piece could be purchased new for in the current market. Any historical information that you have on the piece is also helpful. We also factor in our experience and how similar pieces have sold in the past.

STEP 3 - You are always welcome to bring items to our store during normal business hours. For larger items, please call ahead so we can accommodate you. We can highly recommend a local moving and delivery service which we use ourselves. They have a very affordable rate for our customers because they are in our showroom so frequently.

STEP 4 - The Find Consignment takes it from here! We professionally merchandise your furniture in our retail gallery. Our sales staff will work hard for you to sell your furniture!

STEP 5 - Upon the sale of your furniture, we will write you a check. You get 1 check per month and you pick the day you want it. We will print it any day of the month during normal business hours. No waiting till the 15th of the following month like the other stores. Get your money when you want it!

PICK-UP & DELIVERY

We are happy to recommend a reliable local furniture mover for pick-up and delivery of large and small loads. You are also free to use another furniture mover of your choice. Fees are typically at the rate of $70 per hour. Please contact us for more details. All furniture delivery and pick up fees are paid directly to the mover at the time of delivery or pick-up of your furniture and home decor.
